If a number you order does not receive its verification code within the waiting window, your wallet is refunded the full amount automatically. You don't need to open a ticket.
Once a code is delivered to your dashboard, that order is considered complete and is not refundable, since the product has been provided.
Funds added to your wallet are intended for use within the Service. If you believe a top-up was made in error, contact support and we'll review it.
